First visit questions
Good afternoon, I’m a design student and would like to ask you some
questions, and if it’s ok would also like to take some photos of your
house. I’m studying options to improve the living standards in the
countryside through design. This is just a study, nothing official or from the
government. I appreciate your time. Than you.
• Do you own this land, or are employed here?
• How long have you been here?
• Do you own cattle? How many?
• Other animals besides cattle, such as hens, pigs…?
• Is there any crop? What kind?
• How many people live here?
• Are you all related?
• Do you all work in this land?
• How old are you all?
• The children go to school? where? how?
• How frequently do you visit the town?
• Do you have electricity? Sewerage? Cable?
• What kind of stove do you have? Electric, gas, coal/wood? Why?
