Sir, We Super Cassettes Industries Limited, having itsRegistered Offece at E-2/16, White House, Anseri Road, Darya Ganj,New Delhi- 110002, are owners of copyright of Literary, Dramatic,Artistic, Musical and Sound Recording etc. of various works/ titlesand the said copyright are valid and subsisting in our favour. Noperson without our permission in writing can reproduce and / ordownload and / or use our copyright works in any form whatsoever.Recently it has comes to our notice that Chanyak place ( Dabri )through its Director/ Proprietor/ Partner and other responsiblepersons and/ or firms are infringing the mobile and digital contentof M/s Super Cassettes Industries Limited and committing an offenceunder copyright Act as well as the Indian Penal Code by downloadingour content in respect of our Literary, Dramatic, Musical andArtistic works and/ or Sound Recording through Data Cards, PenDrive and its variants that are used primarily in Mobile and handheld devices. These persons are dealing with the infringing copiesof copyrights/works etc. in the form of Audio Songs, Rings Tones,etc. As stated above, these persons/ firms have used and utilizedcopyrighted material and other Licensed Material belonging to theour Company and have also misappropriated the intellectualproperty/ contents of the our company for their own use andbenefits without due authorization, their acts of using thecopyrighted material is an offence of infringement and the factthat they cheated our company, they have committed offence

.punishable under the Copyright Act, 1957, as also offence under theIndian Penal Code.
