First: Make sure you are logged in to the YouVersion Bible App

Second: Click the invitation link (from the Aley website or the Aley Facebook page). You should see the image to the right. Click ‘Open’

Next: After clicking ‘open’ your screen should appear similar to the image on the right. Near the bottom, click ‘Accept Invitation’

(The plan in this age is not necessarily the plan we will be doing.)

Next: After clicking ‘Accept Invitation’ your screen should look like this. Click ‘Done’ in the upper left. You are now in the study.

Finding the Plan: When you open the app each day, it will take you to a screen similar to this. At the bottom are buttons showing your options. This is the ‘Home’ screen. ‘Read’ allows you to search and read any part of the Bible in your choice of Translation. ‘Plans’ is where you will access any plan you are participating in. To view and participate in the plan (after you have followed the steps above to join the plan), click ‘Plans’

Following the Plan: When you click ‘Plans’ it will take you to this screen which shows all plans you’re a part of (if you’re in multiple plans). Click the plan you would like to read.

Daily Participation: Once you click on the plan, a screen similar to this will appear. Click start reading to walk through the different portions. At the end, in the ‘Talk It Over’ section you will have the opportunity to post a comment/response to the daily readings. Remember, anything you post will be visible to everyone in the group! Please remember the following guidelines for online discussion:guidelines:     -Respect the thoughts and opinions of others      -Do not share information from the group discussion with anyone outside the group, what's said in the group stays in the group      -Please refrain from political remarks and keep the conversation centered around the readings.
