This workbook is a roadmap for you to follow during the first 30 days of your journey to begin to reach
your financial and emotional needs. We are thrilled to have you with us!
History tells us that to be successful in business, one needs a simple system. The GETS system is the
foundation from which to build upon. Your sponsor will walk alongside you as you build your business.
This system is to allow you to be you, while following a ‘Roadmap’ to success.
Key points to keep in mind1. LISTENING is one of the most important skills that anyone can have. Listening enables us to learn
from each other. We learn so much from our up-lines, sister lines, clients and own consultants.
2. LEARNING AND LEADERSHIP go together. We encourage you to read a self improvement,
leadership or business book at least 10 -15 minutes a day.
3. LAUGHTER AND LOVE are two over arching values in our TEAM and in life. The Louise Fowller United

Let’s get startedThe purpose of this workbook is to help you launch your Arbonne business
with momentum to create success.
1. Register as a new consultant and place your first order.
Be a product of the product, support your business by purchasing and using products from your own
on-line shop. A large portion of your credibility will result from doing so and you will come from a place
of integrity. The more you believe in your products the more you will talk about them
2. Within 48 hours, book your ‘First Step Basic Training’ with your sponsor.
At this meeting your sponsor will give you your GETS Coaching folder. In the GETS Coaching Folder
you will find a Consultant To-Do List – Your sponsor will go through this with you and guide you to where
you will find all the relevant documents that you will need to get started
(bank details, scripts etc).
3. Complete this workbook.
Read and complete this workbook in its entirety. At your ‘First Step Basics’ meeting you will review with
your sponsor your WHY, set your goals and create your action plan. You will learn about Arbonnes’
Strong Start Programme, which defines what to do in your first 3 months, setting the course for your
success.

When?We are all busy 24 hours a day, so it is important to create a schedule.It is easy to say that you’re going to build an Arbonne business, but unless you set aside the time to do it, your dreams can escape you. In your calandar, mark off the time you plan to work. You will want to get a schedule of events from your sponsor and put these dates in your calendar.
Where?Determine where you will be working in your home. Have a dedicated space for all of your Arbonne materials. This will help you stay organized and keep your work easily accessible.

to create the momentum necessary to have the

Learn the Presentation.
Experience has shown that we learn best through
spaced repetition. By having 6 SBW’s within thirty
days you will be comfortable and confident with
presenting the Arbonne story.
The Benefits of SBW’sDevelop New Contacts.
Through SBW’s you will develop and maintain a
constant stream of new contacts. While doing them,
you are meeting new people who have gathered to
learn about Arbonne. These people are pre-qualified
by your host as interested in the products and/or
the opportunity. By utilizing our hosting program,
you will continue to schedule new groups which will
introduce you to new potential clients and business
partners.
Earn While You Learn!
Last but not least, you will be earning as you are
learning. For example, if you average $500 per SBW
in qualified volume; you will earn anywhere from
$500 to $1000 in your start month.

(2) book further SBW’s

What to Expect From Your Sponsor Your sponsor will help you with your SBW’s in
your start month. This is your opportunity to learn
the presentation and for the people you know to
hear all about Arbonne from your sponsor/upline.
Because we learn this business by observing and
participating, during these presentations you will
learn as your sponsor/upline demonstrates how to
identify potential Consultants (business partners),
how to book SBW’s and one-on-one’s, and how
to sell. Your sponsor/upline will also help you learn
to place orders, sponsor Preferred Clients and
Consultants and register new Clients online as
well as learning how to follow-up and schedule
appointments.

Sharing the products
There are 6 ways we share our products with people.
1. Swiss Beauty Workshop (SBW) – Pamper Session
2. Makeup Masterclass (Cosmetic Event)
3. Detox Workshop – Health and Wellness Session
4. Express Beauty Session (EBS) – 1 on 1 or 1 on 2/3.
5. Samples or Sample Parcel Drop Offs (Re9, Detox, Nutrition, Cosmetics)

Sharing the business
The business opportuntiy is the vehicle for the life you want to have. Sharing the business opportunity as
soon as you commence your business is the fastest way of growing and elevating into levels of management
and beyond.
There are 5 ways to offer the business;
1. Face to Face (as per asking for Coffee Chat)
2. Calling up (if they don’t answer, don’t leave a long message say “I have a quick question. Could you
please call me back when you get a moment, otherwise I will try you again at the same time tomorrow.”)
3. Sending via text message (if sending text be sure to follow up with a call)
4. Facebook (private messaging)

Answer: • “Yes.” YOU SAY ... “Fantastic can’t wait to see you!”• “No.” YOU SAY ... “Ok, I Understand. I would love to share the products as I can’t believe how they have changed
my skin and I am sure you will love them too. I really need to practice, please can I book in a 1-on-1 Pamper session with you? I would really appreciate your feedback.”
Answer: • “Yes.” YOU SAY ... “Great when suits you? I have Tuesday or Wednesday available.”• “No.” YOU SAY ... “Ok, are you open to sampling our Premium products for a few days? When would you be
available for me to drop them off.”
Common Objections:Sometimes an objection is just a need for more information. Here are a few common objections and how to
overcome them.
