Click the “Submit” button. 4 Create your new permanent user ID and password Enter a new permanent user ID. User IDs are case-sensitive and must be between six and 19 characters. User IDs cannot contain spaces or special characters. Enter a new permanent password. Passwords are case-sensitive and must contain eight to 17 characters. You must use at least six alpha characters and two numeric characters when creating your password.

Follow these instructions to login to Premier Personal Online Banking.If you need help with your login, please contact us at 1-877-272-3678.

1 Visit www.ColumbiaBank.com and select the “Premier Personal” tab from the Online Banking box.You must click on the tab that says “Premier Personal” first before entering your user ID.

2 From the Premier Personal tab, enter your temporary user ID and click the “Login” buttonEnter the temporary user ID you created when you filled out the enrollment form. If you do not remember the temporary user ID you selected, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-272-3678.

5 Set security dataComplete all information on the Set Security Data screen to establish your security profile for Premier Personal Online Banking.

Please be sure to complete all sections including your contact information, authentication phrase, and three challenge questions and answers.

Select the “Submit” button.

Please Note: You may change your authentication image after you’ve completed the enrollment process. To change your authentication image, select the options link from the top of the dashboard page. Scroll down to “Security Data” and select “Edit”. Select the “Change Image” link to choose a new image.

6 Accept Online Banking Terms and ConditionsRead through the Online Banking Terms and Conditions and select “Accept” to continue.

7 Choose to enroll in Mobile BankingReceive instant access to your accounts from your cell phone, tablet or other mobile device with Columbia Bank’s free Personal Mobile Banking*.

Personal Mobile Banking provides you with account access through any combination of mobile access types.

• Web-Based – Access Personal Mobile Banking through the browser on your smartphone or mobile device

• SMSText-Based – Request account details using short text codes from virtually any cell phone

• AppBased – Download the Columbia Bank App for your iPhone or Android phone to access your accounts, pay bills, and find a branch or ATM

*Your mobile carrier’s text messaging and web access charges may apply.

• Select to “EnrollNow” and proceed to the next step.

• Select “AskMeLater” to skip to step 13. You may enroll in Mobile Banking at any time by selecting the “Options” tab from within Premier Personal Online Banking.

• Select “Decline” to cancel the offer to enroll in Mobile Banking and skip to step 13. You may enroll in Mobile Banking at any time by selecting the “Options” tab from within Premier Personal Online Banking.

8 Select Mobile Banking terms and conditionsPlease read through the terms and conditions for Mobile Banking and select the box that says “I accept these Terms and Conditions.”

9 Select your Mobile Banking servicesPersonal Mobile Banking provides you with account access through any combination of mobile access types.

Select one or more of the Mobile Banking services and click “Continue.”

10 Mobile account selection and configuration Select the time zone you’d prefer.

Select the accounts you wish to access through Mobile Banking. You may also create nicknames for your accounts for easier use when using SMS Text Banking.

Select the “Continue” button.

11 Enter your mobile phone number Enter your mobile phone number to receive your Mobile Banking activation code.

Select the “Continue” button.

12 Enter your activation code Enter the access code that was sent to your mobile phone number to activate Mobile Banking.

Select the “Activate” button.

Congratulations – You are now enrolled in Mobile Banking!You may continue on to the Mobile Banking main menu or close out to continue with the Premier Personal Online Banking first-time login process.

13 Choose to enroll in eStatementsTo enroll in eStatements, please follow these steps:

1. Select the accounts for which you would like to convert to eStatements

2. Confirm your email address by entering it in the empty box

3. Click on the eStatement Disclosure link to view the disclosure. You must click on this link in order to accept the terms and conditions

4. After you’ve viewed the disclosure, click on the box accepting the terms and conditions

5. Select “Accept”

Select “AskMeLater” to proceed to the Premier Personal Online Banking dashboard.

Select “Decline” to cancel the offer to enroll in eStatements and proceed to the Premier Personal Online Banking dashboard. You may always sign up for eStatements at any time by selecting the “Options” tab in Premier Personal Online Banking.

Welcome to Premier Personal Online Banking!You have completed the first-time login process.

If you’d like to enroll in Personal Bill Pay, simply select the Bill Pay tab for easy enrollment.
