First Giving Help: How to make an

offline donation

You may find that some people prefer to make a check or cash donation rather than an online donation. FirstGiving has created an option for you to record offline donations, and the following slides will show you how. Offline donations will be marked as ‘pending’ until you receive them and can confirm that you have received the donation.

In order to add an offline donation, you must sign in to your FirstGiving account.

Click on your fundraising page.

Click “Add Offline Donation”

You have the option of choosing check or cash from the dropdown menu.

Click ‘Continue’ and you’re done!
