FirstLight Federal Credit Union Presents Alfresco! Fridays

El Paso, Texas – Bryan Crowe, General Manager of El Paso Live, is pleased to

announce FirstLight Federal Credit Union as the title sponsor, for the second year

in a row, of the 12th season of Alfresco! Fridays. The celebrated concert series is due

to kick off on May 2. The FREE concerts will take place every Friday evening at a new

location of the Convention Center Plaza in Downtown El Paso, starting at 6PM.

Concerts will not take place on June 20 and July 4.

The series has experienced impressive growth since 2002 when the vision was to

attract downtown employees after their workday. At that time a few hundred patrons

expressed interest, but more recently attendance amounts to 25,000 to 30,000

attendees annually.

Today’s patrons have an informal opportunity to enjoy the best regional talent. Alfresco!

Fridays features Salsa, Cumbia, Reggae, Classic Rock, Blues and other popular music

genres. Attendees are reminded that no outside food, beverages or pets are allowed.
