This has led to the increase of gyms and fitness centers and now there is a welcoming of boot camps into fitness circles. In the sunny sandy neighborhood of Sunshine Coast there are over 100 gyms and fitness centers catering to people leading different lifestyles. Sunshine coast gyms are opening their doors to new people every day. With the provision of boot camps, gyms are now able to provide intense workouts for people whose lifestyles cannot allow them to be at the gym on a regular basis. Boot camps typically do not last for long and can run for a weekend or a week. This is because the activities done here are intense, grueling and challenging and by the end of the day many of the participants will be tired to the bone and sore even after they go back to their homes. Getting fit is becoming less of a phenomenon and more of an everyday endeavor for people. This has led to the increase of gyms and fitness centers and now there is a welcoming of boot camps into fitness circles. In the sunny sandy neighborhood of Sunshine Coast there are over 100 gyms and fitness centers catering to people leading different lifestyles. Sunshine coast gyms are opening their doors to new people every day.

With the provision of boot camps, gyms are now able to provide intense workouts for people whose lifestyles cannot allow them to be at the gym on a regular basis. Boot camps typically do not last for long and can run for a weekend or a week. This is because the activities done here are intense, grueling and challenging and by the end of the day many of

the participants will be tired to the bone and sore even after they go back to their homes.

The principle behind boot camp is to incorporate as many exercises as possible, mixing them to eliminate monotony and prevent strain, to help get in as much of a workout as humanly possible as well as to create camaraderie and a sense of community between participants and facilitators and to take away lessons and memories that will be cherished forever. Sunshine coast is an ideal place because the environment is suitable for both high impact and low impact exercises and provides an opportunity to relax after a long day of getting in shape.

The facilities that are currently offering boot camps for fitness are Boot Camps Australia, Boot Camp Weekend, and Sunshine Coast Fitness Boot camp for Women, CrossFit Maroochydore, Suncoast Fitness, Body Blaze, Boot Camp Noosa and Fitness Command Center. These boot camps all borrow a leaf from the military manual and provide serious training that pushes one to the limit to the point of breaking and ensure that by the end of the weekend or four days you can feel the difference in your body or at least that will happen after the soreness, aches and pain subsides.

There is a quote used in fitness circles often: Do not stop when you are tired, stop when you are done. This is a principle all boot camps around the world use and is a creed that works for boot camp sunshine coast renditions and even sunshine coast gyms.
