Thursdays 7.30 am - 8.30 amGLENUNGA HUBCome and try Qi Gong. Sessions include breathing exercises, visualisation, gentle fluid movements based on traditional Chinese medicine to reduce stress and physical tension, as well as bring about a sense of balance, peace and calm. Suitable for all abilities.Qi Gong does not require getting up and down from the ground multiple times, only once to enjoy a final relaxation which alternatively can be done sitting or standing.
