OUR STORY From just two group training facilities in the suburbs of

Brisbane, to now Australia’s fastest growing

functional training groups in Australia,.

Peter Hull spent three years perfecting the Fitstop

Formula, before joining forces with Business

Investor, Educator and Growth Specialist Richard

Bell in 2017 to create a franchise model like no

other. 

The Fitstop Formula was designed to help members

reach their full potential and progression by being

taken through fit, fast and functional 45-minute

sessions.

With culture, community and performance at the core

of the Fitstop brand, Peter and Richard built on their

vision, to create a franchise system that gives

THE FITSTOP DIFFERENCE.

High intensity, high heart rate, high calorie burn. Fit classes combine resistance training, body weight exercises and running to put your overall fitness to the test. Expect a challenge, but after 45 minutes of hard work, the feeling of achievement and the endorphin rush is worth it!

Start off slow and controlled by developing strength, power and skills with full body movements using barbells, dumbbells, dead balls and kettlebells. Finish it off by going hard and fast! Spike your heart rate with a full body, high intensity, low impact burner!

Lift heavy, strive for progression, focus on form and technique. Our functional sessions combine compound movements using major muscle groups with isolation exercises to help promote muscle gain and overall strength!

Recovery is key. Our flexible sessions partner with local yoga, pilates, stretch and release experts to educate and facilitate a vital part of any training regime - active recovery.
