Day 6 – Buenos AiresAfter breakfast, departure for a half day City Tour (SIB) with highlights of the city such as the National Congress, the Civic Center – Plaza de Mayo, the Government House (Casa Rosada), the Metropolitan Cathedral. Also visiting San Telmo neighborhood, La Boca, Puerto Madero and Recoleta.

Day 8 – Buenos AiresAfter breakfast, transfer to the airport for your next

Day 1 – Rio de JaneiroUpon arrival, meet and greet by an English speaking guide and transfer in to the Hotel. Remaining of the day at leisure.

Day 2 – Rio de JaneiroIn the morning, departure to the City Tour, visiting some points of interest downtown, its monuments and parks. Return to the hotel. Balance of the day at leisure. We recommend enjoying a night Brazilian Show with dinner.

Day 3 – Rio de JaneiroDay at leisure. Great opportunity to discover the tropicalislands or the Sugar Loaf and one of the new wonders of the world, Christ the Redeemer.

Day 4 – Rio de Janeiro / BuziosAt time to be decided, transfer to the airport to board flight to Buzios. Arrival in Buzios and transfer to the hotel. Balance of the day at leisure..

Day 1 – Rio de Janeiro Upon arrival, meet and greet by an English speaking guide and transfer in to the Hotel. Remaining of the day at leisure.

Day 2 – Rio de Janeiro

Day 4 – Rio de Janeiro/ Manaus (Amazon)

Day 5 - Desafio Cruise: After an early breakfast, excur-sion by boat to reach land. Walking orientation tour in the forest. Return and lunch on board. Afternoon free to enjoy the peaceful nature. Dinner. Night canoe trip to listen to the night sounds of the forest. Overnight.

Day 6 – Desafio Cruise: Breakfast on board. Visit to typical village of the area where the locals manufacture manioc flour. Lunch on board while navigating to the area of the famous Piranha fish. Departure for Piranha fishing. Dinner on board. Night excursion by canoe to spot alligators with flashlights. Overnight.

Breakfast at the Hotel, then pick-up for a half day tour to the Corcovado (SIB) with english speaking guide, entrance fee included.

Departure to the airport to board flight to Manaus. Arrival and transfer to the docks to board the M/V Desafio. Beginning ofthe cruise with a view of the city from the Amazon River and the famous Meeting of the Waters of Solimões River and Ne-gro River, not mixing for several kilometers until they form the Amazon River. Continuation. Reconnaissance tour in motorized canoes. Back to the boat for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 – Desafio Cruise / Manaus / Iguassu : Early morning wake up to admire the sunrise in the forest. Return to the boat. Breakfast during navigation towards Manaus. Arrival at Manaus pier and transfer to the airport. Arrival in Foz do Iguacu and transfer to the hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.

In the morning, departure to visit one of the wonders of the world: the Iguassu Falls from the Brazilian side (SIB). Return to the hotel. We suggest Argentinean Falls as an optional.

Day 8 – Iguassu Falls

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to your hotel. Remaining of the day at leisure.

Day 9 – Iguassu Falls /Buenos Aires

After breakfast, departure for a half day City Tour (SIB) with highlights of the city such as the National Congress, the Civic Center – Plaza de Mayo, the Government House (Casa Rosada), the Metropolitan Cathedral. Also visiting San Telmo neighborhood, La Boca, Puerto Madero and Recoleta.

Day 10 – Buenos Aires

Day 11 – Buenos AiresBreakfast at the Hotel.

1.5 > GENERAL CONDITIONS


1 > All rates are in US$ per person, valid for the dates specified on the programs, based on a minimum of 2 passengers, limited to a maximum of 20 passengers per departure.

2 > Rates are valid according to the dates for each itinerary, basically from October 2010 until December 2011. Although not expected, rates may be modified due to unexpected significant external factors not forecasted at the time of preparing this promotion.

3 > Rates include all hotel accommodations in Standard rooms with breakfast included, airport transfers, sightseeing as per itinerary, entrance fees to the National Parks, and meals according to itinerary, English/Spanish speaking guides. All taxes are included, except for room tax that is charged basically in Brazil, which is paid directly by the passenger at the hotel.

4 > Rates do not include air tickets, airport taxes, and

personal expenses of any kind, excess of luggage, optional activities that are suggested, drinks, laundry, and incidental expenses.5 > Air tickets are not included in the rates, however we can provide rates if needed, upon your request.

6 > Payment conditions: For bookings that do not include air tickets, deposit of US$100.00 upon confirmation of the bookings, non refundable. The balance is to be paid 60 days prior to check in.For booking that include air tickets, 60% deposit upon confirmation and balance to be paid 60 days prior to check in.

Any bookings without full payment by the deadline given will be subject to cancellation without notice.

7 > Cancellation Fees: cancellations of confirmed event bookings do result in costly fixed charges from our travel and hotel providers. Should you need to cancel your confirmed booking, the following fees will apply:

Cancellation 60 days or more before departure date, forfeits the deposit, not including air (if applicable)59 – 30 days before departure – penalty of 50% of total trip value per person, not including air (if applicable)

29 – 0 days before departure – penalty of 100% of total trip value, per person, not including air (if applicable)

Cancellation of air tickets, when applicable, will be non refundable,Time of cancellation will be when notice is received in our offices by email or fax, and it will be confirmed back.In the event of an unforeseen circumstance beyond our control, Adventure World reserves the right to amend cancellation terms outlined herein.
