The minimum level for TOEFL/TOEIC is low advanced (C1). The minimum level for the IELTS is intermediate or higher (B2).The Super IELTS course consists of 20 lessons of General English plus 10 lessons of IELTS preparation.

Double rooms can only be booked by two students travelling together. Twin rooms can be booked by just one person and room will be shared (same gender). All housing options include check- in and check-out on a Saturday.
Please note that the airport transfer for students who booked homestay accommodation is only includedwith an arrival time before 10:30 pm (22:30). CEL can provide accommodation for the first night in aresidence or hotel at extra costs. The host family will pick up the students the next day.

CEL offers Cambridge exam preparation in both San Diego Downtown and Santa Monica. Please note that the Cambridgeexam will be held in San Diego Downtown only. No exam will take in Santa Monica/Los Angeles in August 2016. CEL willprovide students with transportation from Santa Monica to San Diego. The last week of the course (Aug 15 – Aug 19, 2016) willbe held at CEL San Diego Downtown. CEL will provide accommodation for students at the Residence Standard (no surcharge).
The minimum stay in the Apartment Premium is 3 weeks. The price for the Apartment Premium is for the studio(not per person).
Please note that for all students who have requested homestay and airport transfer, can only be confirmed with anarrival time no later than 10:30PM. CEL can provide accommodation for the first night in a residence or hotel atextra costs
