Flash Arrow Flash is a DC Comics hero. His real name is Barry Allen. He lives in Central Cities.

Barry Allen becomes Flash when the particle accelerator explodes ,it is affected by a flash

and after he gets the power to run at the speed of light. The series Flash started in the 7 October in 2014. And the new season of Flash has begun 7 October 2015. In the season 2 Flash saves the city of a black hole but many people or died so he his sad.

Arrow is a DC Comics hero too. His real name is Oliver Queen. He lives in Starling Cities. Oliver goes in ship on the ocean with Sara Lance but the ship sinks. Oliver find himself on an island and he becomes Arrow. The new season of Arrow has begun the 7 October 2015 like Flash. In the season 4 Arrow will take a new beginning. But his friends don’t wont to stop. And in this sea-son a character die but we don’t know who is it ?

Fitness : how to be in good health

In this article you will find tips to stay in good health, and informations

on the sports in the school.

If you have aches eat bananas !

If you are tired eat black chocolate !

To avoid cramps you should have a good regular breath and drink water

regularly.

School sports : UNSS sports of this year are : badminton gymnastics dance circus volleyball outdoor sports

The trainings are from midday to 1 pm . The cross of the school was Friday, October the 16th in the morning for the 6emes and the 5emes with the races 1,2,3 according to their VMA. The afternoon was for the 4ème and the 3ème with the races 4,5,6 accord-ing to their VMA too.

Recipes

Clafoutis of Apricots

Ingredients : 500g of apricots 3 eggs 60g of sugar 1 packet of vanilla sugar 2 big spoons of flour

25cl of milk 1 pinch of salt

Preparation : Preheat the oven on 180°C. After, in a bowl, mix eggs, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the salt and the flour. Boil the milk and add this in a bowl. Cut in half and dispose apricots in ovenproof dish. Pour this mix and bake 45 minutes. Enjoy appetite!
