FEATURES & BENEFITS

Attractive broad-ribbed design and embossed surface produces interesting shadows and consistent texture

Special interlocking joint design allows panels to easily “lock” into place for faster installation

Can be combined with other Butler® wall systems or brick, glass, and other conventional materials

16” panel width, combined with the side “return leg,” enables application of almost any conventional finish on the interior of the wall system

Factory-installed rigid insulation board for enhanced energy efficiency

Available in several visually appealing colors

IDEAL USES:

Virtually any commercial or industrial

building, from architectural applications

to cold-storage facilities

Page 12: Flat Type Wall Panel System

Metal wall panel combines the

aesthetics of a flat wall panel and high

insulation values of a urethane core.

Page 13: Flat Type Wall Panel System

Insulated metal wall panels are well suited for exterior wall and interior partition applications. The lightly corrugated profile on both faces of the panel ensures symmetry from outside the building to inside, and from room to room in partition applications.

Page 14: Flat Type Wall Panel System

Insulated metal wall panel provides bold

vertical lines complementary to almost

any commercial or industrial building.

Page 15: Flat Type Wall Panel System

Insulated metal wall panel has a flat

exterior profile with a heavy stucco-

embossed texture that mimics the look of

conventional masonry stucco.

Very heavy members

Very small margin for error

Connections may be difficult

Somewhat limited building design flexibility

Economics of scale demand regularly shaped buildings.

Need for repetition of forms will affect building design.

Joints between panels are often expensive and complicated.

Skilled workmanship is required in the application of the panel on site.

Cranes are required to lift panels.
