Superior Visibility & Comfort

The cab features floor to ceiling glass providing almost 360 degree visibility. Floor to ceiling glass combined with the cabs placement di-rectly over the front axles allows operators to view the front tires and

reduce the risk of running down crops when entering the field.

The Prowler features an adjustable floating control console, a bright eight inch touch screen with push button display, carbon filter, and GPS speed sensor. Cab controls are all easily located within the operators reach on a console that floats with the air suspension seat.

GVM’s E-Series Prowlers feature a spacious, pressurized application cab, paired

with a sloping hood for maximum visibility. For even more comfort, add the

optional cab air suspension. The combination of an air suspension cab, air ride

seat, and the variable coil spring suspension reduces field shock and noise inside

the cab, increasing operator comfort and providing a full day of smooth and

stress-free application. Cab noise is further reduced with the silencer design of

the unattached muffler.

The E-Series Prowler’s Variable Coil Spring Suspension allows you to carry

heavier, evenly distributed loads. The variation in the distance between coils in

each spring is designed to give operators a smoother ride by creating less bounce

and appropriately absorbing every bump and rut in the field.

Our self-leveling E-Series Cab flexes separately from the frame and features an air

ride seat to further enhance a comfortable ride. The cab also offers a large training

seat that can be folded up when not in use, creating more space inside the cab.

The Prowler also features a front entry design, offers six tier halogen lights with

rear flood lights, heated electronic mirrors, and power ports for charging mobile

accessories, including phones and tablets.

Comfort matters, that’s why we’ve rede-signed the heating and cooling system and offer tinted glass on the sides and back of the Prowler cab. Window tinting rejects 99% of UV light, provides a 57% reduction in glare, and a 26% reduction in solar heat. The addition of movable vents and louvers improves the defrost and air direction with-in the cab.

Work smarter with GVM’s electronic chassis monitoring system. Machine diagnostics and gauges are all located on the large seven inch display. Engine, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical data including all CAN messages and fuses and relays are all easily viewed on screen. The ease of accessing technical diagnostic data allows

Not all fields are created equal. For the operator who has to navigate tight and congested areas, the E-Series Prowler is available in two narrow axle options. Choose a fixed 99 inch axle or an adjustable 93-105 inch axle. Operations that require frequent road travel, navigating small field or gate openings, and who provide custom application for small fields and specialty crops will love the easy maneuverability of the Narrow Track Prowler.

With two powertrain options, three axle options, and two wheelbase options to choose from, the E-Series Prowler can be built to conquer

any field. The E-Series Prowlers offer an all-wheel drive, mechanical powertrain, plenty of power and torque and virtually no loss in efficien-

cies to tackle rough and hilly terrain with more brawn than a hydrostat.

Each E-Series model features a Tier 3 Cummins engine with proven performance, dependability, and dura-

bility. A High Pressure Common Rail fuel system increases power and reduces emissions and a

wastegated turbocharger delivers maximum power and torque.

Mated to a Funk DF250 electronic 4x4 powershift transmission, the Prowler has an

infinite amount of gears in the field. The torque converter drive with lock up and no

inching pedal allows the machine to handle like an automatic, but still offers you the

ability to shift manually. The Prowler’s powerful and smooth drivetrain makes operation

easy for a full day of heavy application.

Four Season VersatilitySwitch it up. As a combo unit, the Prowler will produce more income than any

other applicator on the market today. Only the Prowler chassis offers true,

four season versatility and the flexibility to quickly switch between

applications with the unpredictable changes in weather and crop

conditions. The E-Series’ unique system offers a new electrical

and hydraulic quick connect to allow for an even faster change-

over from liquid to dry application. To change from liquid to

dry application requires releasing only one electric/hydraulic

connection and removing four bolts. The process can easily be

completed in less than one hour.

The new E-Series Adjustable Axle models offer the added

flexibility to automatically adjust from the comfort of the

operators seat. The flexibility to change axle widths from

the cab makes road travel safer and easier while also mak-

ing it easier to switch between jobs. Independent axle

adjustments can also be made to minimize soil

compaction.

When it comes to spraying, one size doesn’t fit all fields. With multiple sizes, tank, and boom options

to choose from, there’s a solution for every job. Offering the largest capacity sprayers in the industry,

GVM maximizes your uptime and ultimately your bottom line. Our 1400 and 1800 gallon spray tanks

allow you to work longer before filling up, requiring fewer stops, and maximizing your profitability.

GVM’s spray systems are rugged and built for durability even in the harshest conditions. The heavy

duty booms are designed with more structural gussets and supports than any other system. Designed to

minimize product waste, the E-Series spray system features air shutoff nozzles, shutting off flow directly

at the nozzle body. Each Prowler comes standard with 10 section boom shutoffs for added precision.

Time Spraying & Less Time Filling

Corrosion Resistant Fittings and Hardware. Hydraulic fit-tings and hardware take lots of abuse during and after appli-cation. To increase the working life of hydraulic fittings and hardware, GVM has exten-sively tested a new corrosion resistant coating that will great-ly reduce the corrosion rate of metal exposed to chemicals and fertilizer. The addition of corrosion resistant hydraulic fitting and hardware will im-prove product quality, overall equipment reliability, and will reduce replacement costs.

Direct Injection with Up to 4 Products. Up to four chemical injection or water pods are available on 1800 gallon systems and up to three chemical injection or water pods are available on 1400 gallon systems. The direct injection option allows operators to easily switch between fields and applications. The system eliminates the need for pre-mixing and the chance of cross contamination. It also al-lows the operator to adjust the chemical con-centration on the fly, providing the flexibility to quickly move from one job to the next.

Low Volume, High Volume and Dual Boom Lines. In addition to the standard GVM boom, with 1 inch stainless steel lines with output ranging from 2-180 gpm, GVM also offers a high volume system designed for suspension fertilizers with 2 inch stainless steel lines, and an output ranging up to 300 gpm. Con-veniently, you no longer have to choose between high and low volume application. With GVM’s dual boom lines, operators receive the best of both worlds and gain the ability to quickly switch between applications and fields especially with the addi-tion of the direct injection option.

Center Line Booms. Standard on all Narrow Track Prowlers, GVM’s Center Line booms feature fully protected nozzle bodies. The Center Line boom system is ideal for operators entering tight spaces, battling narrow openings or overhanging tree limbs. The structure of the boom protects the nozzle and minimizes the chance of breaking nozzles, minimizing the costs and need for replacement nozzles. The new design completely removes cross members, allowing for an accurate and precise spray pattern. The new boom design is constructed of heavy duty tubular steel for lasting durability.


Double Duty Fusion ReadyThe Double Duty allows you to cover more acres annually with fewer trips through the field, increas-

ing your productivity, while minimizing soil compaction and fuel consumption. It carries the largest

capacities and spreads the widest widths while maintaining its flat and accurate pattern. At spread

widths up to 105 feet and capacities up to 11 tons struck, the Prowler with the Double Duty spreader

body will cover more ground with more accuracy than any other applicator and require fewer stops

for reloading.

New Leader Series

New Leader spreader bodies are another excellent spreader option. Choose the L3220 or L4000 for fer-

tilizer, urea, and lime application. Both models offer multi-product add-on options. The L3220 is avail-

able for short, 164 inch wheelbase Prowlers, offering a 255 cubic foot struck capacity while the L4000

for standard 173 inch wheelbase Prowlers offers a 277 cubic foot struck capacity. For feedlot manure,

waste water sludge, industrial waste, paper mill waste, compost, marl, poultry litter, fly ash, and sludge

application, choose the L5034. The L5034 offers a 392 cubic foot struck capacity and is available only

for 173 inch wheelbase Prowlers.

The Double Duty’s wide and accurate spread pattern is due to its pat-ented spinner and funnel design, and the ability to automate spinner speeds within three percent. Its reverse rotating spinners provide a constantly flat, accurate pattern, while the pre-adjusted funnel divider forces material to fall evenly and directly onto the spinner disc with precise control.
