AmericanExcelsior developed the kit-packmany years ago which allows pre-packaged foam kits to be openedduring the production stages of awatercraft to reduce multi-handling ofthe various foam components.

In addition to our wide variety offlexible fabricated foams, we alsohave a unique process where we canflame-laminate marine vinyls toc losed-ce l l foams and thencompression form them into afinished part. In many cases, theentire gluing and machine stitchingprocess can be eliminated.
