MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:Working pressure up to 2 MPa, the bending radius of pipeline up to ten diameters, working vacuum up to 0.09 MPa. The maximum length of per sec-tion is 10.0 m.

PIPELINE CLASSIFICATION:Pressure pipeline, pressure-suction pipeline, suc-tion pipeline.

PIPELINE CAN BE OPERATED In the temperature range from -50° C to +80° C in operating environment: process water, acid and alkali diluted solutions, abrasive compound.

PIPELINES ARE MANUFACTURED AS FOLLOWSOnshore and offshore options, of various float de-signs depending on environment.

PRODUCT LIFETIME is ensured by wear-resistant inner layer, the com-pounds of which is depending on operating envi-ronment.

RUBBER COMPOUNDSare manufactured in-house using high quality raw materials with highly controlled manufacturing process&

Pipelines produced by our company have a life-time as much as 5 times longer and the weight as much as 2-2.5 times less compared to steel pipelines.

Use Composit’s pipelines is much more advanta-geous compared to steel ones since economic and process benefits may be achived, i.e.:

• buoyancy, flexibility, lack of ball connections (ensures reduced hydraulic losses up to 20 percent);

• easy to mount and dismantle that enables to make use of pipeline in small rivers and offshore areas;

• applied as part of floating dredge ship enables to reduce energy intensity of the hydrotrans-port up to 15 percent and operating costs;

• less vibration resulting from delivery pumps, compensation of heat, linear and temperature expansion;

• reduced costs of routine maintenance due to the improved wear-resistance of the inner working layer.

FOR MARINE CONDITIONS

FLOATINg RUBBER PIPELINE COMPOSIT IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THE HyDRO TRANSPORT SySTEM USINg IN MARINE CONDITIONS.

This type of pipeline is used to transport the abrasive slurry. Wear-resistant rubber compounds are used in the construction of pipeline for long life. Foamed material under the protective layer provides buoyancy.

THIS DESIgN IS RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON RIvERS AND qUARRIES TOgETHER WITH DIESEL DREDgERS.

SPECIFICATIONSlurry pipeline floats with an external protective layer of the signal color provide the buoyancy of the slurry pipeline COMPOSIT. Pipelines COMPOSIT allow the trans-portation of abrasive slurry on the surface of the water from dredger to the shore.

Floats for flexible pipelines suspension are made of materials resistant to mechani-cal impact.

FOR UNDERWATER DREDgINg PUMP

FLExIBLE RUBBER PIPELINE COMPOSIT FOR THE UNDERWATER DREDgINg PUMP IS USED FOR SOIL DEEP HOISTINg.

SPECIFICATIONFor dredgers with underwater dredging pump the pipelines with reduced bending radius are needed. Using extra-flexible pipelines COMPOSIT enables to make soil hoisting during the working time of the dredger easier. The construction of the pipe-line COMPOSIT enables to bottom and buoy up the dredge head systematically. The sections of the extra-flexible pipeline are produced of the wear-resistant rubber; the length of the pipeline is up to 10 m. Depending on the service conditions the above is used with plastic or whole floats. The size of the inner wear-resistant layer

is calculated individually depending on the compound and the working pressure. In design and production of the wear-resistant rubber pipelines for underwater dredging pumps COM-POSIT special materials that make it extra-flexible are used.

SUCTION RUBBER PIPELINE

FOR WORk ON THE FRAME OF THE DREDgER

THE SUCTION PIPELINE IS MOUNTED ON THE DREDgER FRAME FOR THE FLExIBILITy OF THE SySTEM. THE DESIgN OF THE SUCTION PIPELINE IS CALCULATED INDIvIDUALLy AND DEPENDS ON SPECIFIC OPERATINg CONDITIONS.

SPECIFICATIONRequired radial stiffness and rigidity is ensured by equipping pipeline with reinforc-ing elements that carry main load and prevent pipeline collapsing.

The connection of the suction pipeline COMPOSIT is made with conventional de-sign flanges, bolts and screw nuts. In case of different diameters of pipelines can be used flange adapters.

FLExIBLE PRESSURE PIPELINES COMPOSIT ARE USED TO TRANSPORT ABRASIvE COMPOUNDS.

SPECIFICATIONPipelines COMPOSIT are produced of wear-resistant materials with the diameter 102-920 mm and the standard section length - 10 meters. The inner rubber layer can be produced of natural or synthetic rubber depending on the operation terms. Cord fabric carcass provides durability and a uniform distribution of internal loads, while carrying wire frame made of steel helps to do the same in hard operation conditions.

FLExIBLE INSERTIONS ARE USED INSTEAD OF BALL jOINTS OF THE PIPELINES. THIS IS A MODERN SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM WITH CONNECTION OF THE PIPELINES. THIS ITEM IS SUCCESSFULLy USED AS AN ELASTIC INSERTION BETWEEN THE METALLIC PIPELINES TO ASSURE THE REqUIRED TURNINg ANgLE OF THE PIPELINE PARTS. THE BENDINg RADIUS OF THE FLExIBLE INSERTIONS IS CALCULATED ACCORDINg TO THE TERMS OF OPERATION AND THE SPECIFIC CHARACTER OF THE WORk

SPECIFICATIONFlexible rubber insertions are made of wear-resistant rubber, the inner diam-eter is from 159 mm to 820 mm, the secured bending radius of the pipeline is 12 degrees to the both sides of the axis. To obtain the required turning angle the length of the flexible insertions is calculated individually depending on the terms of use.

SPECIFICATIONRubber pipe bends are used in such working environments as technical environ-ment with a maximum concentration of the oil products 20%, acid and alkali so-lution, abrasive compounds (different categories of sand, sand-and-gravel com-pound). Rubber pipe bends recommended to use with underwater dredging pumps, being installed between the exit of the pump and the first section of the pipeline to avoid creases.

CONNECTION TyPES OF PIPELINES

qUICk COUPLINg IS AN ELEMENT OF THE PIPELINES’ CONNECTION SySTEM WHICH  ENABLES TO MOUNT AND DISCONNECT THE SECTIONS OF THE PIPELINE qUICkLy.

Quick coupling consists of two rubber-lined steel sections, thus it is possible to use it together with pipelines to transfer abrasive compounds (sand-and-grave compounds, different types of sand). Mounted on the pipelines this item is fixed with a latch mechanism, while guarantees tight connection of the pipeline parts.

The assembly can be carried out both quickly and easily, without requiring any special adapter devices except for the bolts.

Conventional design of flange is considered as a part of the pipeline.

Reinforced flange ensures ease of mounting and tighter connection compared to other flange types.

Flanges to connection with metal pipeline is a good con-nection between the rubber pipelines and the steel ones.

Flange adapter is used to provide a transition between pipes of different diameter and type, as well as the connection with other equipment.
