USES • Improve adhesion to existing concrete surface of buildings and civil structures for both interior and

exterior cement surfaces.

• Bonding of plasterboard, homogenous tiles, ceramic tile, marble and granite tiles.

• Improve surface finishes of wall render, plaster, reduces hairline crack.

• B1 is an elastic polymer; it can be used as clear coating for slate tile, stone (excluding brick), as crack

injection polymer to stop leak.

FEATURES • It can be coated on clay, brick and metal, cement roof tiles, flat roof, external wall and out door tim-

ber decking.

• It can be used to bond a variety of porous surfaces such as wood, rubber, metal.

It can also be used to seal aluminium window frames and cover hairline cracks.

• Waterproofing of Flat Roof, Pool, fish pond, Flower Trough, Toilet, Basement Wall

APPLICATION METHOD SURFACE PREPARATION

• Please ensure that the surface is clean, dry and rough enough for good paint bonding.

• Smooth concrete surface need to be etch with Citric Acid or roughen.

• It is important to properly primer your wall surfaces before applying FLEXICOAT.

• Note: Do a small adhesion test on a small painted area with a masking tape before applying

Flexicoat to the whole surface.

• Coverage: 0.5 kg/m2

REMARKS

• Hairline cracks can be plastered with USP ULTRA SMOOTH PLASTER or any wall putty.

• Allow spent paint in the container to cure fully, before disposing them PROPERLY.

• Use in ventilated area. Avoids contact with skin.

• The cured coating will be very SLIPPERY when wet.

checking or changes in appearance

• Drying time: Touch Dry : 30 minutes. Fully cured : 3 days

• Viscosity: 100,000 - 200,000 cps. Paste form.
