FLR 50 Vial Filler

Ideal for the automatic packaging of liquids into vials, dropper bottles and other small glass or plasticcontainers, the FLR50 can be equipped with a variety of accessories.

1 or 2 fill heads, auto closure infeed, inline cap pickup, auto cap torquing, and single index are standardfeatures.

FLR 100 Vial Filler

The FLR100 can be configured to fill, insert stoppers or plugs, crimp cap or screw cap, all depending on theapplication. The basic machine includes one set of change parts.

The concept of the machine is a Monoblock construction featuring a 50 cycle per minute indexing starwheel,which indexes two containers at a time to the dual filling, stoppering and capping stations to produce up to100 containers per minute.

Filling is by seal-less rotary 316L S.S. positive displacement piston pumps are available in a wide range ofdisplacements (from micro-litres to 125ml). Double pumping increases output speed on larger fill volumesand does not affect the extremely tight fill tolerance which can be maintained over long production runs.Precision filling needles which direct product at the walls of the containers, and the diving action of the fillingnozzle support reduce foaming and splashing. These simple filling needles do not touch the inside of thecontainers, disposable silicone tubing, and push-on fittings, are simple to remove for autoclaving. Peristalticpumps of any make can be integrated as needed to compliment or replace entirely the standard pumps.

FLR 150 Vial Filler

The FLR150 can be configured to fill, insert stoppers or plugs, crimp cap or screw cap, all depending on theapplication. The basic machine includes one set of change parts.

Based on a Monoblock construction featuring a 50 cycle per minute indexing starwheel, which indexes threecontainer at a time to the filling, stoppering and capping stations to produce up to 150 containers perminute on vials up to 10ml. Typical fill accuracy is +/- 0.5% of the fill volume based on six-sigma. Actualresults approach +/- 0.2% or +/- 5-10 micro-litres when a 2ml fill is considered.

FLR 200, FLR 300 & FLR 400 Vial Filler

The FLR 200, FLR 300 and FLR 400 operate at speeds up to 200, 300 or 400 bottles per minute respectively.The machine will handle vials up ranging from 0.2 – 10ml with a diameter of up to 24.5mm in diameter, andis one of the few machines which can handle filling and stoppering on such a small frame and footprint.

The basic concept of the machine is a Monoblock construction featuring a linear transport rake to transportthe containers from the inclined infeed tray through to the filling and stoppering stations.

Filling will take place using 316 s.s. stainless steel precision pumps, (chromium plated stainless steel piston,chromium is one of the alloys which makes up 316 s.s.) with seal-less design. There are only two movingparts simplifying cleaning, sterilization and set up. Precision needles, also 316 s.s. which do not touch theinside of the container dive into each vial. The needles are specially designed to direct product towards theside of the vials, eliminating splash, drips, and maximizing the filling speeds.
