The material shall be as per price annexure. Casting shall be supplied as per drawing available with us form our various customer.

All untoleranced dimensions shall be maintained as per IS: 4897 Class II.

Please note, we shall not offer any PBG for the above item, however if you insist for the same then you shall pay 3% extra of Total value of purchase order.

PRICE : The price shall be as per price annexure:

The above price is ex-our works S H I N O L I (Maharashtra State).

MATERIAL SPECIFICATION

1. AO-7: High Chrome Iron with 6-9% Chromium and 450-550 BHN hardness2. AO-11: High Chrome Iron with 12-14% Chromium and 500-600 BHN.

TAXES & DUTIES :

Excise duty, sales tax & all other taxes, duties, levies & octroi will be charged extra at the prevailing rate at the time of dispatch.

At present excise duty @12.5% under tariff 84749000 and C.S.T. @ 2% against Form ‘C’ will be charged extra.

PACKING & FORWARDING :

3% of price will be charged extra towards packing and forwarding charges only.

DELIVERY :

Within 12 weeks of receipt of Technically & Commercially clear order.

PAYMENT TERMS :

100% payment within 30 days of receipt of material at your site.

VALIDITY :

Our offer is valid for 30 days from June 25, 2015.
