    HAMILTON COUNTY PROSECUTOR ANNOUNCES INDICTMENT IN

    CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER CASE.

    Today, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced the indictment of Kendall

    Flucas (DOB !"!#"$ for % count of Conspiracy to Commit &urder (Felony %$. 'f con icted ofall char)es in Case B %*+ #-%, he faces the possi ility of %% years in prison on this indictment.Flucas is char)ed /ith attemptin) to 0ill the ictim in a pendin) case a)ainst him.

    Flucas is currently indicted and 1ailed in the Hamilton County Justice Center on Case B %*+- #%,in front of Jud)e Ted 2in0ler. He is char)ed /ith % count of 3))ra ated 4o ery (Felony %$and " counts of Felonious 3ssault (Felony "$. Flucas is accused of attac0in) a deli ery man atCincinnati 5tate on 5eptem er -, "+%*. Flucas, /ho /as a student at Cincinnati 5tate, accostedthe deli ery man in the restroom and as0ed him for chan)e for 6"+.++. 3fter the ictim told himthat he /ould )i e him the chan)e, Flucas is char)ed /ith hittin) him o er the head /ith a lar)eroc0 and 0noc0in) him to the floor. The ictim tried to )et up and fi)ht ac0 ut Flucascontinued to hit him /ith the roc0 as /ell as punchin) him se eral times. Once Flucas stole the

    ictim7s money, he left the restroom /ith the ictim lyin) in1ured on the floor. 5omeone elseentered the restroom later and found the ictim.

    The ictim /as transported to Bethesda 8orth Hospital /here he recei ed " staples to his head.
