EPA Tier 2 Emission standards are met with the installation of a catalitic device on trucks (SCR). This device requires a special fluid (a mixture of water and urea) called Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). Each truck must be provided with a tank for this special fluid. Concerning with the problems of the handling of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), PIUSI has developed specific range of reliable products,manufactured with materials that are suitable with this fluid.

This kit allows you to transform a standard SB325 nozzle into an SB325 mis-filling system by simply fitting a different spout onto the nozzle. This feature prevents you from having a mis-fill into the fuel tank.

Safety is guaranteed by the break-away system. In the event that a vehicle accidentally drives away with the nozzle still in the tank, the spout is designed to detach from the nozzle. This system allows for a quick repair by merely fitting a new spout onto the nozzle.

The MC Box is a private use fluid monitoring system that is connected to the pump, pulse meter and optional additional accessories allowing the control of any fluid. The MC system consists of a multi-user panel and software kits, which enable either a hard wire or wireless connection.

Performance: The MC Box has a capacity to manage up to 120 users with either user keys or a 4 digit PIN. It can calculate the consumption of each user and vehicle and track the total amount of fluid dispensed over a designated period; all with custom software that enables control of up to 16 MC Box units at a time.
