“Fly Ash Brick Manufacturing Machine – Fly Ash Technology”

What is the Fly Ash Brick?

Fly ash is product of a burnt pulverized Bituminous coal.

In past few Decades, R&D efforts were undertaken and it has been proved that this material can be utilized in

number of ways in building construction product as well as in civil works with adequate durability.

Major areas of fly ash utilization are building materials such as bricks, blocks, tiles etc.

Fly ash brick is product of Basic cement, fly ash, Stone dust/sand, Lime, Gypsum & Bonding Agent.

The mixture is so ideally worked out to produce bricks higher strength with consistency as well as uniformity.

Manufacturing process is fully automatic.

Advantages:

Durability

High compressive strength compare to conventional brick

Lower water absorption

Higher resistance

Aesthetic Appeal

Smooth surfaces & uniform sizes

Better thermal properties

Thinner masonry joints

Economy

Lesser numbers of bricks consumption

Low wastage components

Almost 30% lower cost per unit of construction.

Fly Ash Technology Features:

Sr No Particulars Specification

1 Weight of Bricks 2.75 – 3.00 Kg / block

2 Compressive Strength 50-80 Kg / cm2

3 Absorption of water 12-16%
