Safe cycling & technology coursesImprove your safety with your e-bike. The safe cycling courses offered by FLYER in collaboration with the TCS and VivaTrail teach you the theory and practice of all aspects of e-bike riding. The course is taught by TCS specialists who will support you with valuable advice and tips and provide you with optimal preparation for everyday riding on the road.

With the FLYER e-mountainbike, you cross the Lutherntal to Hochänzi. Demanding single trails are rewarded with a beautiful view on the Ahorn.

Float on the wide offroad tires of your bike over the Ölichnubel hill range to reach the Schaber lookout point. A breathtaking panorama awaits you there. Continue over sticks and stones through Guggli to reach the historic village centre of Dürrenroth.

The FLYER will gladly help you with the impressive ascent to the Brästenegg Alp (1140 m above sea level), opening up a fantastic panorama over the countless mountain peaks and dales of the Napf area.

On the first day, you travel from Lueg to Burgdorf and are surrounded by gentle rolling hills and impressive rocks. On the second day, enjoy the onward journey along the Emme past the Moosegg and back to the FLYER factory.

1. Booking inquiries We can only receive a limited number of groups per day.

Therefore, please contact us early to book your appoint-ment. Booking requests are accepted by phone or e-mail.

2. Booking confirmation You will receive a written confirmation. Unless you send

us a cancellation notice, this confirmation will become a definite booking after 5 days. Please contact us 1 to 2 weeks before the event to discuss the final details.

3. Programme changes and cancellation If you wish to arrange for changes, please consult us

about this as early as possible. If our capacities permit it, we will be glad to provide you with additional services. The following costs will be charged in the event of re-duced bookings and cancellations:

4. Payment terms After the date of the booked event, you will receive an

invoice for the booked and provided services by mail. The invoice is due for payment within 30 days after the in-voice date.

5. FLYER rental and proper use The FLYER bike and its accessories are in a safe and clean

condition when you receive them. Any complaints in this regard must be reported immediately on handover of the vehicle. The FLYER bike and its accessories must be used properly and carefully and be returned in a flawless con-dition at the agreed time. It is not permitted to use the equipment for racing purposes or to drive the bike in a similar manner. It is also prohibited to drive on unfortified roads (so-called "single trails"; FLYER E-MTBs are except-ed from this) as well as driving on open fields. It is oblig-atory to wear a bicycle helmet for all rentals from Biketec AG.

6. Liability and insurance Renters are responsible for all damage resulting from neg-

ligence or improper use. Any incurred costs (repair costs or the replacement value in the event of a total write-off, theft or loss) will be charged to the customer.

Instructions by our guides must always be followed. The visitors/renters themselves are responsible for contract-ing any necessary insurance. Driving on all roads and trails is at the customer's own risk.

7. Minimum age, driver's license and driving ability FLYER bikes are only rented out to persons aged over 14.

14- and 15-year-old persons must have a suitable driver's license (at least Cat. M). A driver's license is also required from persons aged over 16 for FLYER bikes with pedal as-sistance over 25 km/h. FLYER bikes will not be rented out to persons who are in no state to drive.

8. FLYER Tandem According to the regulations of the Swiss Federal Roads

Authority (ASTRA), only a disabled person can be carried on FLYER Tandem bikes that have been designed specifi-cally for carrying disabled persons.

9. Jurisdiction and applicable law The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Huttwil. Swiss law

applies.
