Good cycling trails bring you through beautiful nature, past historical manor houses and small cosy market towns. Lol- land and Falster are well known as the pantry of Denmark and offer culinary experiences with local ingredients. Du- ring the summer, various events take place in Nysted. National Maritime Museum Gdansk – Poland

The National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk documents andpromotes Polish maritime heritage and history. Foundedin 1960, today it hosts nine branches. In the centre ofGdansk old town, by Motława river, it welcomes visitors toCrane, Granaries, Ship-Museum “Sołdek“ and MaritimeCulture Centre. In Gdynia, the museum is a ship-owner of“Dar Pomorza“ sailing ship. Former evangelical church inHel serves as the Fisheries Museum, offering also the openair boats’ show and a timber tower. Vistula Lagoon Museumin Kąty Rybackie presents original boatbuilding workshop.Two other divisions, Vistula River Museum and Ship wreckConservation Centre are located in Tczew. The collectionof NMM composes mainly of artefacts excavated duringunderwater exploration and conserved in a museum lab.
