Click Submit Record button at the bottom of the page.

Batch Upload-Assisted Use when there are a large amount of

records to be uploaded into Focus. Fill out a pre-designed Excel spreadsheet

with metadata. Send the spreadsheet to me, along with the

files(image or docs) to be attached to the records.

I review the spreadsheet, convert it to XML files and upload to Focus.
