In connection to the establishment of the HEJRE Platform a safety zone of 500 m has been established around the position: 56°14,809' N ‐ 003°57,534' E. The safety zone has been established according to the Energy Ministry Order No 657 of 30 December 1985.

Info 3.0 FINO 3 ‐ Research PlatformThe research platform FINO 3 was established in 2007/2008 approx. 45 nautical miles west of the island Sylt at the position: 55° 11,7' N 007° 09,5' E.A 500 meter safety zone has been established around the platform.

The storage tank and top site of SOUTH ARNE field is installed at position 56o 04,72' N 004o 13,82' E, connected with a new bridge to the platform South Arne WHP E (Well Head Panel) at position 56o 04,693' N 004o 13,85' E.
The satellitplatform Syd Arne WHP N is installed at the position 56o 05,744' N 004o 13,154' E, where a safety zone of 500 meter is established acc. to DEA regulation No. 657. SOUTH ARNE's tanker loading facility, where tankers are loaded at 8 ‐ 10 day intervals is located at WGS‐84 pos. 56o

The oil company Wintershall has established a new platform called RAVN; at the position: 55°52,912' N ‐ 004°14,078' E.
A prohibited area with a radius of 500 m from the position has been established. Within the area unauthorized navigation, anchoring, diving and fishing is prohibited.

The company Vattenfall has commenced the installation of the wind turbine foundations at the Horns Rev III wind farm. A buoyed prohibited area has been established at the site for the coming wind farm HORNS REV III. Within the area unauthorized navigation, anchoring, diving and fishing is prohibited. The Heavy Lift Vessel/Jack‐Up vessel INNOVATION has started the installation of the foundations at the Horns Rev III site. Until now 20 out of 49 monopiles have been installed and it is expected that further 4 monopiles will be installed during week 46: H03, G06, G05, F04, weather permitting. During the installation work the supply vessel EAGLE FJORD will be at the site too. The EAGLE FJORD deploys and operates bubble curtains as noise mitigation during the piling of the monopiles. At the position 55°43,933 N ‐ 007°34,007 E a wave rider buoy has been deployed. The foundations are loaded in the Port of Esbjerg.
Horns Rev 3 Marine Coordination Centre has been established by Vattenfall and is in operation 24/7. HR3 MCC can be contacted by VHF can 16 and 10 or by duty‐phone no.: +45 27 87 50 50. HR3 MCC is monitoring traffic in the area and at the construction site.
A string of 39 m CPT rods, 4 cm in diameter has been lost and is now laying at the seabed at approx. position 56°01,29 N ‐ 008°02,00 E. Fishing vessels are to keep clear of the position.
