Cycling for peaceYoung people from HASDER Youth Club and Soma Akriton organized a cycling day called "Cycling for peace" on 6th of March 2004. Participants called for solution of the Cyprus problem, peace and freedom for the island by cycling in both parts of Nicosia.
They distributed leaflets with the title "Give peace a chance!" to spread their message to the people. The large interest of the media in the cycling event made it a success for the organizers. Cyclers had a chance to spread their message even more wider and increase their voices for the solution of Cyprus problem and peace in the island.

A workshop was organized on 3rd of January 2004 in the southern side and two experts (Micheal Loizides and Xenia Loizidou) from AKTI presented the results of questionnaires to the young people from both organizations.
The presentation by AKTI stressed the the importance of the questionnaire to the participants. Moreover, they learned whether a product is environmental friendly and if the label on the product gives sufficient information to consumers.
