不可獨立存在,作用是修飾主要句子;從屬連接詞大致分

為以下七類:

(3-1) 時間

Ex: I will wait until(直到) Linda comes.

(我會等待直到琳達來)

(3-2) 原因

Ex: We were late because(因為) we had missed the bus.

(我們遲到是因為我們錯過了公車)

(3-3) 目的

Ex: Linda has brought a map so that(為了)she
