standards• Quality management programs• Nutritional & healthy living principles• Marketing & promotional initiatives• Supporting organizational effectiveness, including financial analysis & control• Supporting design of a food & nutrition human resources plan• Collaborating in an organization’s business plan or client care plan• Applying research competencies to the assessment, analysis & problem-solving

within a food services department
