SledgeCip Low Foaming Detergent - Heavy Duty Caustic

Hi SurfCip Detergent - Specialised High Surfactant.

Hi-Surf is a medium strength potassium hydroxide based detergent specially formulated for In-place cleaning of stainless steel plant and equipment in the dairy and processed food industries.

Sledge effectively removes fats, proteins and burnt on soils for use in the dairy and food processing industry. Suitable for use in the meat industry for cleaning smoke houses, on stainless steel cleaning vats, tanks, silos and heat exchange equipment.

Singlex Cip Detergent - Single Stage High Caustic

Singlex effectively removes all food soils, including fats, oils, proteins and calcium scale in a single operation. It will reduce the need for acid cleaning in all cold milk areas and allow for occasional acid cleaning in heat exchange equipment.

Crate WashCratewash provides a high performance, no-foaming, sanitising, alkali detergent for the removal of soils from crates for use in the food and beverage industry.

Pristine Chlorinated Dishwashing Detergent

Pristine is a chlorinated automatic dishwashing detergent that sanitises and brightens to a sparkle finish. It contains a built-in rinse additive that provides good wetting and excellent rinsibility contributing to quick, sure, regular cleaning.

Nitric-45 provides a fast acting, high performance CIP acid detergent, to remove calcium scale and carbonate deposits in Dairy and processed food plant cleaning.

Proton Cip Acid Surfactant - Special Blend

Proton is a special blend of Nitric and Phosphoric acids with an especially formulated low foam surfactant. It is used as a final ‘polishing’ step for Dairy and food plant CIP operations for the removal of calcium, corrosion and other inorganic soils.

Proxitane Peroxy Acetic Acid Non Rinse Sanitiser

Proxitane is used as a biocide to sanitise degreased and precleaned processing, transfer and storage plant in stainless steel or glass. It can also be used on floors, walls and in the atmosphere.

Our supply and service offering to the industry is one of a complete hygiene service, not simply one of chemical supply. We offer training in cleaning and hygiene, safe handling of chemicals, HACCP assistance through trained personnel and hygiene testing through swab and ATP testing. We also manage the chemical dispensing and solution control parameters through modern reliable equipment.

Red - Classified as Dangerous Goods, only those personnel trained in the handling and storage of chemicals should use these products as they require the use of protective/safety gear when used and must be stored according to the manufacturer’s directions for safe storage.

Amber - Classified as Non Dangerous Goods, these products should still be used with caution in accordance with all manufacturer guidelines for safe use and storage.

Green - These products are safe for any adult to use according to the product’s stated purpose.
