Sian is the Director of Loving Welsh Food, a new venture for 2015. The company offers Welsh Food Tours and Safaris, cooking workshops, demonstrations and talks. The whole idea of the company is to offer activities where people can taste and enjoy Welsh food and drink, find out

more about our food heritage and to get to know Wales better!

Sian has been promoting Welsh food for many years now, and her work has taken her all over Wales, and to France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Spain and New York. She speaks Welsh, French and Italian fluently.

Sian also works for the media as a Producer, Presenter and Voice over Artist. Sian is one of the S4C Continuity Announcers and freelance News Reader for BBC Radio Wales.
