Jean-Christophe Novelli is a 5 out of 5 AA Rosetteand Michelin award winning chef, who is also dubbed“the nations favourite french chef”.
He began his exciting career at the tender age offourteen as a baker in his home town of Arras,Northern France, before becoming the private HeadChef to Elie de Rothschild at the age of 19.
Jean-Christophe’s life changed completely when he arrived in Great Britain in 1983. He spent a yeartaking care of Keith Floyd’s pub, ‘The Maltsters’, as Head Chef, whilst Keith was filming his famous TVshows. In 1996, Jean-Christophe, then opened four restaurants in London, and so began thefoundations for his internationally based mini empire, including the Novelli Academy.
Chef Novelli said: “It has been great working in partnership with Stratforward and Groupe Geraud todeliver an event of this scale, especially to a town as historic as Stratford-upon-Avon.
“I'm excited to meet the locals and give them a few demonstrations, hopefully they will pick up somenew tricks to take home to the kitchen!”

There will be two different taste trails on both days & each trailwill include a minimum of 7 venues for just £3 per ticket.
Taste Trail tickets will be available for collection on a cash only basis between 10am and midday from the Stratforwardsite office on Waterside between 23rd & 25th September. Those not collected by midday on the day of the taste trailwill be sold on a first come first served basis.
