• Beforeslicingfruitsandvegetablesintheprocessor,cutathinslicefromthebottomofthefoodtomakeitflat.
• Placethefoodcutsidedowninfeedchute.• Removeseedsandpitsbeforeprocessing.• Selectfoodsthatarefirmandnotoverripe.• Removethecorefromhardvegetablesuchascabbage.• Whenslicingthinnervegetables,cutthemjustshortofthelengthofthefeedchuteandstandthemverticallyinfeedchutesotheyaresolidlypackedandcannotturnortilt.
• Shredhardcheesesatroomtemperature.• Chillsoftandsemi-hardcheesesbeforeshredding.• Afterfoodhasbeenprocessed,removethecoverandinvertoncountertop.Removetheslicingandshreddingdiscbeforeremovingtheworkbowlfromtheprocessor.Placethediskontopoftheinvertedworkbowlcover.
