Centre’s Objectives:
• Become the meeting point of the food industry and gastronomic leaders of the region, to generate new projects that respond to the shortcomings of the sector in the area of product development.
• To become a centre of innovation in the new range of excellent food, with a view to developing new products and services for businesses in the region.
• Offer training and transfer new knowledge to the food industry of the region, becoming a centre of expertise in this new range of excellent food and become a national reference

Product demonstrationThe incubator has a product development kitchen available to industrial companies in the incubator and outside companies that wish to make use of it. Access to food product development not only means access to the facilities, but also access to the services of FoodLab.
