Call for Expression of Interest for the Banja Luka Football Stadium for

the purpose of preparation of feasibility study

This is a public call for submission of letters of interest by potential investors interested to

participate in a project of building a football stadium as a part of one sports and recreation

center in Banja Luka.

The letters of interests with relevant data will be only used for the purpose of preparation of

feasibility study and identification of the private partners interest for realization of the

project.

General description

The location space is divided into three subunits:

A - Zone of the stadium and auxiliary facilities;

B - Sports and recreation areas;C - Tennis center area.

A - Football Stadium

The world's great metropolises can be recognized by the glamorous buildings, such as

bridges, towers, stadiums etc. New glamorous stadium represents a new innovative concept of

stadium architecture and thus is certainly a possibility for Banja Luka to be on the map of

world architecture. The stadium offers the possibility to organise a number of sports and

cultural events. It should be designed according to the highest standards requested by FIFA

and UEFA and other relevant professional bodies and for organisation of international

football matches as well as other sports and cultural events .The project should be designed

and planned having in mind that only full utilization of all foreseen objects and services will

ensure its construction justifiability and future profitability.

B - Sports and recreation zone

B 1 Sports and recreation zone- auxiliary court - is located in the area of sports and recreation

complex next to the other courts

B 2 Sports and recreation area - auxiliary court with an athletic track - positioned so that it canfunction independently because it is primarily related to competition in the athletic events.Contain their auxiliary spaces, dressing rooms, prop storage space that are located below the

level stands space.

B 3 Sports - recreation areas - courts (basketball, handball, volleyball, playground).

C -Tennis center area

The space is designed as the whole which contains 9 open tennis courts, one tennis courtswith a stand for public and tennis club facility.

Location information

Property stadium is part of sports and recreation complex, which occupies a total area

of land 172 452 m (17.25 ha)

Closer location of the stadium makes western part of the complex, along the street

Bulevar srpske vojske on the land surface of 79,890 m2

Sports and recreation zones (the auxiliary court, the auxiliary court with an athletic

track and court) is located in the central zone of the complex on a plot of 64,466 mTennis center is located in the southern zone of the complexes on a plot of 28,096 m

Functional requirements and capacity building

Build the stadium with capacity of 30,000 seats in accordance with the norms and

standards of UEFA, and in accordance with already selected concept design during

public competition

Provide multi-functionality of the object (through design of spatial functional

organization ensure performance of other public events).

Heretofore, there are three completed steps:

The decision on land use permit which are an integral part of urban and technical

conditions

Environmental permit

Concept design (selected solution at public competition).

The City of Banja Luka invites all interested investors through a letter of intent to
