Auction Rules & Procedures

1. Each item will have a number and a bid sheet. A brief description of the item will be oneach sheet along with approximate market value, listing the minimum bid and theminimum raises

2. You must register ahead of time and only use your assigned bid number to bid

3. To bid: Print your bidder number on the next available line on the bid sheet.Write legibly. If we cannot read your bidder number, your bid will be disqualified andthe item will go to the next highest bidder.

4. When placing your bid, please note all restrictions and expiration dates on the itemsyou are bidding on.

5. Each person who bids must increase his or her bid by the minimum bid. If a bidis not raised by the correct amount, it will be disqualified as a winning bid.

6. Buy it Now All items with a listed value may be immediately purchased for 150% ofits listed value. For example a $30 skirt may be immediately bought for $45. Pricelessitems are not available for a Buy it Now price. Tell a Silent Auction volunteer you wishto Buy it Now and they will remove the item from the table and collect your paymentimmediately.
