Horton Variable Speed Fan Drives modulate the fan speed to match the loading condition.
Horton’s available SmartClutch can monitor all cooler temperatures and continuously adjust fan RPM in closed loop control, keeping the engine at its optimum operating temperature and preventing overcooling.
The result? The fan turns at a fraction of the direct drive speed in all but the hottest temperatures and most severe duty cycles.
