PRE-REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE FLY-IN IMPORTANT : This pre-registration form is required to let organisers know how many airplanes and persons will be attending for better planning and booking the caterers and restaurants. We now require a 25 Euro deposit for any person wishing to have meals. This is to cover the non-refundable cost of advance payment by the VCF to caterers and restaurants that will provide meal services during the fly-in. We will only register you meals booking if you make the above deposit. If you don’t make a deposit you are still welcome to attend the fly-in but organisers cannot guarantee your meals. This deposit can be made by a PayPal account that has been specially set-up for those coming from the UK (non Euro zone) to avoid any banking fees levied when making payments from the UK to Europe. This deposit will ONLY be refunded (less any PayPal fee) for cancellation made BEFORE JUNE 12th, 2018. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after June 12, or for any other reason.

For information:
- Final registration is required with the organizers upon arrival.
- Balance payment has to be made during final registration, in EURO only. If arriving from outside the Euro zone we advise you take cash with you as there is no ATM on the Roanne airfield. The nearest ATM is in town, a few miles away.
- Confirmation of your pre-registration will be sent around the end of May 2018. Meanwhile we suggest you book your accommodation as hotels can fill up rapidly. Please refer to our 1st announcement for hotels info.
- A complimentary VCF shuttle service will be provided on Friday and Saturday all day, and Sunday morning between the airport and selected hotels, and between the restaurant hosting our Gala dinner and selected hotels on Saturday night.
