In the past, each teacher was required to write a Goal Action Plan in the fall. Now, considerable time and effort has been spent on the writing of the GAP to help satisfy the data/student growth component of the new Indiana Teacher Evaluation System. Step 2 in the process is to complete the Reflection portion of the GAP.

May 1, all Goal Action Plan Reflections are due to your administrators (or before if you volunteer). This is the time for you to share the data and results for your goal.

The GAP Reflection form is on the 3rd page of the GAP form. The GAP for and Reflection Rubric can be found on the Staff Evaluation Page of the CG website.
