FOR EACH PERSON IN YOUR PARTY AT THE ENTRANCE GATE AND RECEIVE BRACELET

MASKS MUST BE WORN CORRECTLY AT ALL TIMES AND PLEASE SOCIAL DISTANCE. Please know your armband number to pick armbands at SECRETARY’S TABLE up before showing.

Handlers of several breeds must arrange for alternate handlers, should judging of their different breed’s conflict. No speaker system will be used and judging will proceed without any dogs that are not present when called for by the Ring Steward. All times mentioned

are Local Times. Time for Conformation Judging is based on 20-25 dogs per hour.

Exhibitors are advised to check judge’s sheets when posted and to immediately advise of any inaccuracies. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to know the rules pertaining to show and trials.

The show photographer will be Walter Norris, Hubbards, Nova Scotia PLEASE NOTE: No other commercial photographer may take pictures on premises for resale.

Dear Competitors, As required by Nova Scotia's Department of Public Health and Government, the Cobequid Dog Club will be following the Nova Scotia Proof Of Full Vaccination Policy. Dog shows fall under sporting events so currently:

indoor and outdoor sports practices, games, competitions and tournaments (participants and spectators) require all participants/spectators to be fully vaccinated as defined as second dose 14 days prior. Which would be September 24th, 2021.

That means we will be asking for your proof of vaccination record and a piece of identifying ID prior to entrance to the grounds.

Please keep in mind this is following Public Health Policy which is currently not finalized. Children who are the age of 12 and under will be allowed to come with fully vaccinated parents. Currently, the government says a process is being developed to give exceptions for people who can’t get vaccinated because of a valid medical or behavioural reason. The CDC will follow that direction when it is made available. Please be kind to the Club members and volunteers. The participant shall absolve CDC/TKC and its members of any liability thereof.
