20 Seconds ..and the eye strain goes away!

Learn something what others don’t know!!

Do your eyes get tired after spending a lot of time looking at computer or phone screen? The reason is you may be forgetting to blink. So, don’t forget to blink! Follow the 20-20-20 rule. About every 20 minutes, look away at something about 20 feet in front of you. Keep your eyes on that object for 20 seconds. Looking away at something for 20 seconds, really does make the eyes feel better. So, If you feel strain in your eyes, give this a try!

Ankur Bhattacharya is a young IT Professional from Mumbai. With a

desire to make his own applications he joined the GNIIT program of NIIT . As an NIIT student, he opted for the Software

Track as his specialization area. The “Grooming Session” provided by NIIT played the role of a catalyst to crack the interview.

He can see how the things he learnt are put to use and there is nothing more that he could ask for than for the opportunity of application of his knowledge. He likes

the new confident self and there’s a world of knowledge that he continues to explore after the starting boost that NIIT has provided him. He started his

Professional Practice as a SME Trainee at Amdocs Limited . The continuous evaluation from NIIT and Mentoring from AMDOCS. Ltd.during his internship professionally groomed Ankur. Besides implementing his technical knowledge he has developed other competencies like Planning, Analytical and learning ability, communication and documentation skills etc .Thus transforming a student into a complete professional. His performance during the internship was adjudged excellent and he was absorbed

as a regular employee by the same organization as an SME. NIIT wishes him a bright and successful future.

It is an awesome feel to study and learn using the online sessions. (Shruti Jain, NIIT Delhi Preet Vihar Centre)

Brilliant and extremely capable staffs. They give a very friendly environment to learn and practice which is very helpful in developing the knowledge of the students. The students here have the opportunity to know the real and professional stuff of programming and entire Information Technology.(Aravinth S, NIIT Chennai Adayar Centre)

‘First impression is the last impression’.. And when it is the job interview, the impression business gets all the more critical.

Some Basics for MALES Neat Ironed Clothes: Long Sleeved white shirts with dark coloured trousers test best For an interview. No T-Shirts & Cargos please! Leather Belt: A black or burgundy belt to match your shoes should always be worn. Socks: All socks should reach to your mid-calf. & match your trouser colour. • Present yourself as a professional ..Yes! Dress for the interview, not a party • Don’t distract the interviewer’s attention; it should be on what you have to say, not your appearance • A smile, a firm handshake, and a positive attitude makes a good first impression
