How to use this Provider Directory You should use this provider directory to select a primary dental provider. Before selecting your primary dental provider, check the provider’s office status. ‘Current patients only’ means the provider’s office is accepting only existing patients. When no status is listed, the provider is open to accepting both current and new patients. When you have selected your primary dental provider, include the provider’s name, group practice and provider number on your enrollment form. The directory lists network dental providers as of the date that it is published.
