Where to use:Mapesilent Panel is used to form anefficient soundproofing system on all typesof floor slab according to DPCM 5.12.97.Mapesilent Panel is applied between thestructure and the floating screed prior tolaying all types of flooring materials.

Special fast setting hydraulic binderfor the preparation of fast-dryingscreeds (24 hours) with controlledshrinkage.Formation of floating and bonded screedson both existing and new slabs for theinstallation of moisture-sensitive floors(wood, PVC, linoleum, carpet, rubber) orany other flooring where fast-drying for a rapid laying is required.Mapecem must always be mixed withgraded aggregates. Bonded screeds (up to 35 mm thick) and patching require theapplication of an anchoring slurry made upof Mapecem and Planicrete. For floatingscreeds (at least 4 cm thick) lay apolyethylene sheet beforehand; for athickness of 4-5 cm the aggregates mustbe graded from 0 to 8 mm in diameter.

Consumption3.5-4.5 kg/m2 per cm of thickness.

Synthetic rubber latex for improvingadhesion of cementitious mortars.Planicrete is a latex based on syntheticpolymers, which cannot be re-emulsified inwater after hardening and are also resistantto saponification.When added to mortars, screeds andrenders, it increases mechanical strengthand adhesion to the substrate.For the preparation of adhesive slurries,dilute 1 part of Planicrete with 1 part water and then mix the solution with 3 partscement, while for the preparation of rendersand screeds, dilute 1 part of Planicretewith 2 or 3 parts of water. Mix with sand and cement, then place it.Planicrete can be mixed with Mapecem,Mapecem Pronto, Topcem and TopcemPronto as a bonding slurry.

Superplasticiser for concrete.Mapefluid N200 is used to manufactureconcrete with high fluidity (consistencyclass S4 and S5 according to EN 206-1)and a high performance in service.Mapefluid N200 is suitable for all thoseapplications (precast, ready mix andpumpable concrete) that require a longperiod of workability and a low w/c ratio.Mapefluid N200 can also be used formanufacturing no-slump concrete forscreeds, by just reducing the w/c ratio.Mapefluid N200 is a brown-coloured liquidadmixture with a base of active polymers inwater solution that disperse cement grains.Add Mapefluid N200 directly to themixture after all the other ingredients(cement, aggregates, water).Mapefluid N200 can also be diluted intothe mixing water beforehand but itssuperplasticising action is less effective.

It isused to improve the bonding of epoxy andpolyurethane Mapefloor Systems and isused for protecting and coating industrialfloors in concrete and cement terrazzo.Primer SN is characterised by its capacityto penetrate well into the substrate andmay also be used on substrates which areslightly damp (maximum humidity level4%). It is also possible to carry out apreliminary levelling out of surfaces whichhave a slightly rough finish, by applying asingle coat of Primer SN blended with upto a maximum of 50% of Quartz 0.5. Ifnecessary (in the presence of cracking,mixed substrates, such asconcrete/ceramic or concrete/naturalstone, etc.), the layer may be reinforcedusing Primer SN with Mesh 320 glassfibre mesh, in order to evenly distribute anystresses generated in the substrate.Primer SN may also be used instead ofPrimer G or Mapeprim SP to primesubstrates, before applying Ultratopcementitious-based self-levelling mortarwhen laying wear-resistant industrial anddomestic floors.After mixing the two pre-dosedcomponents which make up Primer SN,apply the product using either a metaltrowel or smooth rake onto the substratewhich has been correctly prepared.Immediately after application, sprinkle thefresh surface with Quartz 0.5, to guaranteeperfect bonding of the successiveMapefloor System resin dressing coats, orwith Quartz 1.2, if the floor is to be treatedwith Ultratop.

Ultra-fast drying thixotropiccementitious levelling mortar forhorizontal and vertical surfaces.Interior levelling of all types of substratesnormally found in the building industryprovided they are clean and not subject tomoisture, such as concrete slabs and walls,masonry, renders and cementitiousscreeds, etc. Also suitable for existingfloors and walls, natural stone and terrazzofloors. Two-component corrosion-inhibitingcementitious mortar for the protectionof reinforcing rods.Mapefer is a mortar made up of polymersin water dispersion, cement binders andcorrosion inhibitors to apply on reinforcingrods when repairing concrete.Mapefer is supplied as two pre-measuredcomponents which must be mixed withoutadding water or other ingredients.Mapefer is applied by brush to the rodswhich must be free of rust, oil, grease andloose particles. The rods must be cleanedbeforehand by vigorous scrubbing or sand-blasting.After Mapefer has dried (minimum 4hours), a repair mortar can be applied(Mapegrout range).

It canbe applied also in underground concreteconstructions.Mapefer 1K is a one-component mortarbased on polymers in water dispersion,cement binders and corrosion inhibitors, tobe applied on reinforcing rods to preventrust formation.Apply two coats of Mapefer 1K with abrush on the re-bars freed of rust. Thesecond coat can be applied after about 2 hours after the application of the first coat but preferably within 24 hours. It isrecommended to completely cover thesurfaces of the rods in one homogeneouscoat. The total thickness of the two coatsmust be approximately 2 mm. Reparationwith products from the Mapegrout rangemust be carried out once Mapefer 1K isdry (approximately 6 hours at +20°C).Mapefer 1K meets the minimumrequirements of EN 1504-7.
