ABOUT ROCK SPRINGS 4-H CENTER The Camp is owned and operated by the Kansas 4-H Foundation. It is located in the heart of the Kansas Flint Hills just 13 miles south of Junction City. You can enjoy 415 beautiful acres of tall grass prairie, including rolling hills, a sprawling valley, and multiple creeks and woodlands.
