Steps should be followed for filling up of Application form for Requirement Assistant Professors
For online Application Click on New User Click here for Registration
Provide email and Mobile Number correctly for future communication.
Fill Registration form and click on submit button

Type your registered user name, password and type Dynamic Image Letters (captcha) in the text box and
click on submit for login.

Click on PERSONAL DETAILS
Fill Personal Details correctly and finally click on submit button. Click on HOME button to go to Home page.

Click on School Details to enter the Study particulars

Fill up the study particulars from class IV to X and click on submit button. Click on HOME button to go to
Home page.

Click on Medical Education Details.
Fill up the Medical Education details and submit button. Click on HOME button to go to Home page.

Click on Contract details if you are working on Contract basis in any of the Govt. Hospitals and upload
Contract Certificate.
If you have worked in more than one Institution click on Add Row button to furnish those details and finally
click on submit button. Click on HOME button to go to Home page.

Upload Documents (Each file size below 100kb with Jpg format).

Upload Degree Certificate
If you have Msc (Medical With PhD) Qualification Upload the (2) certificates
Click on CONFIRMATION/DECLARATION
Note down your application ID No for future reference Check Filled Application for any correction / edit and Click CONFIRM AND PAY NOW Button finally. Once
Confirm button is pressed you are not allowed to correction / edit any of the information provided in the
Application form.
After clicking on CONFIRM AND PAY NOW, then only your application process is completed.

1) Offline payment
Click on Offline Payment and take the Printout and pay at Meeseva centre by showing the
Printout. And collect the Meeseva payment receipt. The payment details are automatically
updated to your ID. After the payment only, your application is complete and will be
accepted.
2) Online Payment through Net Banking only
Click on Net Banking Only.
Click on Fee Payment for Recruitment of Asst. Professors.
Type your application ID and click on Get Application Details.
After completion of the payment, details are automatically updated to your ID. After
the payment only, your application is complete and will be accepted.
