With so much Aluminium being sourced from plants overseas and Unregistered Coaters applying Powder Coating, the quality can be in question.

This is why Powderline with Chemetall (Australasia) Pty Ltd, have implemented a trace element in our pre-treatment system (preparation of the aluminium for the powder coat adhesion). This ensures that our pre treatment process is always traceable under the powder coating on the aluminium. This allows us to always identify which products were powder coated by us.

Powderline was established in 1986 and is a proudly Independent Powder Coater, Western Australian owned and run Company.

We are a Powder Coating specialist, coating Aluminium Architectural Section to Standards AS3715 using Chromate pre treatment. At Powderline we now offer Powder Coating in a wide range of colours and Wood Grain Timber Finishes to the WA market, with the advantage of local manufacture.
