Upside Potential

This property is ideal for the investor who is looking for upside potential. Based on the current volume of incoming calls and occupancy level, it is determined the facility is turning away an estimated 20+ new customers per year. There is minimal marketing on this property. Current efforts include a chamber of commerce placement.

Possum Kingdom lake is located approximately 60 miles west of Fort Worth, 70 miles, 90 miles west of Dallas, 70 milessouth of Wichita Falls, and 80 miles east of Abilene, Texas.
