Bagging machine for Unique features

STARPACKAutomatic adjustment of the different components enables the same machine to

provide perfect filling and closing of up to 50 kg bags in flat or gusseted bags, paper,

PE, raffia or polypropylene materials.

Equipped with the NET/N weigher with belt feeding system, providing production

speeds up to 1600 bags per hour.

NEW WEIGHING SYSTEMS

Designed and manufactured to provide net weighing of free flowing products where cleaning and batch integrity is important. The system design enables perfect product flow hence preventing the retention of any product during change over.Access through the weigher side allows manual cleaning when necessary.Weighing speed up to 1200 weighements/hr.Optional brushless motor feed control.

Gantry type palletiser■ Featuring a robotic style telescopic pick and

place bag gripping device. This palletiser can be

integrated in a stand alone configuration or

supplied with full pallet handing systems and

roller conveyors. The gantry type palletiser is

suitable for any kind of bag with production

speeds up to 600 bags/hr, depending on the bag

size and the layer pattern required.
