A beautiful settingOur picturesque parkland setting ensures that, even though we’re located in the centre of Oxford, you will have a

beautiful backdrop for your wedding photographs. Perhaps our manicured garden is to your taste? Or maybe you

would prefer the rustic English garden, which is overlooked by Eastwyke House, a sensitively restored listed building?

If you have already chosen a photographer, they are welcome to visit us before your wedding or, if you prefer, we

would be happy to recommend a photographer.

Fine foodDelighting you and your guests with perfectly prepared and presented dishes is our chefs’ passion. Modern British

food, created using the finest, freshest ingredients, is at the heart of our wedding menus, but we also offer some

more relaxed options, such as buffets and barbecues. Once you’ve placed your booking with us, we’ll invite you to

come and sample some of our delicious dishes at a complimentary menu tasting.

Outstanding serviceFrom the moment you first contact us, you will have your own designated Wedding Co-ordinator, who will be your

personal point of contact, provide you with advice, co-ordinate your requirements and even attend the big day itself

to ensure that everything is as you wish. From florists to seating plans to the cutting of the cake, you’ll receive all the

advice and assistance you need. We pride ourselves on exceeding your expectations and providing the attention to

detail that will make your wedding extra special.

Stay in styleAt the end of your perfect day, you’ll want to enjoy some quality time together as man and wife. And what better

place to do so than in our luxurious bridal suite, with its four poster bed, his and hers sinks and lounge area? If this

isn’t to your taste, a room in our refurbished listed building, Eastwyke House, surely will be. Each room has its own

distinctive features, such as exposed oak beams, a roll top bath or a fireplace. There are ten rooms in Eastwyke

House, so you may want to reserve the whole house for close members of your wedding party. We can also offer

you a special reduced rate on bedrooms within the main hotel building for your guests if they would like to stay

the night.

Time to relaxWillows Leisure Club is a haven of tranquility, so you’ll be pleased to hear that you and your guests will receive

complimentary membership while staying with us. Take a dip in our heated swimming pool, which was inspired by the

Roman baths, or let cares drift away in our sauna, steam room or spa bath. If you’re feeling energetic, you can work

out in our well-equipped gym.

Before your weddingCouples often tell us that they wish their wedding day was longer so that they could spend more time with each of

their guests. So why not arrive a day or two early and relax while we take care of you and close members of your

wedding party? Enjoy delicious food in our restaurant or a dinner party in one of our private dining rooms. If you

want to make sure you look and feel your best for your big day, why not book a treatment at our Beauty Suite? We

also offer a range of spa packages, which are a popular choice for hen weekends.

After your weddingWith its stunning architecture, world famous sites and exciting range of things to see and do, Oxford is a popular

destination for honeymoons. Why not spend a few days with us after your wedding day and enjoy a relaxing start to

married life?
